Our approach to copyright

MyHomeLobby respects the rights of creators and expects the same from others. If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it.

How to send a takedown notice

Email legal@myhomelobby.com. Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed
  • The URL on MyHomeLobby where the material appears
  • Your contact details, including your name and email address
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

The MyHomeLobby Editorial Team reviews each complete notice. If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may tell the person who supplied it. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing items.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error, and your signature. We may then restore the material unless the original complainant takes further action.

Repeat infringers

We may end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
